Otters cross-country at Thurston CC.
Otters travelled to Thurston CC to compete in the cluster cross-country event today. Every member of the class did really well, bringing the school home in 8th place overall. All 21 Otters completed the 2 kilometer course. Special mention goes to Conor Higgins who finished 11th out of the entire field of nearly 300. I was incredibly proud of the whole class, especially those who stepped up to have a go, even if it was outside of their perceived comfort zones. I would also like to say a big thank you to Mr MG for accompanying and motivating the group, as well as for taking some terrific photos.
