Inclusion and Wellbeing Lead

Grade 4 (scale dependent on experience)

37 hours per week

 

We are seeking to appoint a specialist member to our team to enhance and further

develop our nurture-based provision:

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is experienced in working with children in alternative or specialist settings
  • Has experience in assessing, planning, delivering and reviewing children’s development, particularly social and emotional development.
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills with pupils and their families
  • Is able to motivate and support staff and pupils
  • Has high expectations of children's achievement and behaviour
  • Is committed to working in close partnership with parents, governors and the wider community.
  • Is qualified in trauma informed practice, for example: Licenced Thrive Practitioner / ELSA
  • Able to lead therapeutic interventions such as Drawing and Talking Therapy,
  • Is committed to establishing and leading alternative nurture-based provision to ensure each child can achieve and succeed.
  • Has experience of being a designated safeguarding lead in a setting.

We have a rare opportunity for an EYFS/Year 1 teacher to join our team in September 2025

 

We are seeking to appoint an experienced EYFS teacher to Inspire, Cherish and Believe in our fabulous children, their families and our wider school team.

You will be:

  • an experienced and enthusiastic teacher who is committed to helping each unique child to flourish and achieve their full potential

  • a teacher who is dedicated to bringing learning to life and developing children’s passion for learning through an engaging curriculum - indoors and outdoors!

  • someone who is committed to developing children’s love of reading; from immersing children in high quality literature to unlocking the key to reading independently through robust phonics teaching
  • equipped to enable a provision of outstanding learning opportunities, creating an environment which is pupil-centred and embraces the richness of diversity with high aspirations for all

 

  • keen to support and impact on the wider life of the school
