Spring 1

This half term's focus is food and nutrition. We will explore how different foods affect our senses and use this knowledge to make healthy snacks. 

Week commencing 31/01/2022 - Making Rainbow Wraps


This week we prepared a healthy snack using the ribboning technique. We used a peeler to create thin ribbons of different fruits and vegetables. We then made a dressing and mixed it together before putting it inside a wrap. We were able to taste our creations and reflect upon which parts we liked and disliked.
