‘Follow the monster's snore, z, z, z’
As we arrived back into the classroom today after lunch, there was a monster asleep and snoring on our carpet! We tip-toed in so that we didn’t wake him.
Then, we read the book ‘The big monster snoreybook’.
There were LOADS of monsters asleep in the book too ‘zzzzzzz’.
As we were finishing our book, the monster started to wake up! We pretended that we were all asleep ‘zzzzzz’ so that he wouldn’t notice us!
Luckily the monster left the classroom without even spotting us. We then quickly wrote as many ‘zzzzzz’ as we could so that if it came back we could pretend that we were asleep!
