Activity:

Watch the video with Miss Flower (11 mins)

Join in with the video when prompted

Go on a hunt around your house to find objects to test in the water– perhaps take a look in your recycling bin (5mins)

Conduct the experiment under the supervision of an adult (5mins)

Using the ‘Testing Materials’ worksheet draw or write each item on the sheet and then tick the column to show whether the item is waterproof and therefore suitable to make a boat. (10-15 mins)
