Strutting the Catwalk

We kick started our day with a fashion show to parade our quirky costumes. It was great fun to see everyone show off your interesting looks for the day and guess what stories they were from.

Well done to Ruby (Mrs Twit) from Squirrels and Lottie (The Queen's Knickers) from Moles. Your costumes were incredible! They were very lucky to win a brand new book each. Happy reading!

Well done to everyone's amazing costumes yesterday. It was clear how much effort had gone into it!

The Day the Crayons Quit!

The staff at Barnham take their book love very seriously! So obviously we made a team effort to dress up as crayons and then shared the story with the school. It was great to hear all the crayons reading their different letters. Which crayon is your favourite?

Shared Reading

After lunch we took the opportunity to relax with a book and enjoy stories with children from different classes. We snuggled under blankets and read to each other.

Story Cafe's 

We had a lovely afternoon sharing new books with everyone and it was great to have some adults join us too!
