This half term we are exploring everyday materials and their properties.
12th January 2022 - This week we made collages of different materials. We then discussed and decided what each thing was made from.
Spring 2
We are continuing to explore the properties of materials this term, through examining and classifying different objects. We will also conduct some experiments to explore properties of different materials.
Science Week:
This week we explored the question: Can you walk on custard? The class discussed their predictions based on their knowledge of properties that materials have. The children then walked on custard to see if their prediction was correct. We had a lot of fun!
