- Watch Miss Suttons video ‘Literacy – Wednesday’
Activity:
- Set up a shop in the living room – cans, pasta, potatoes, cups etc. Write prices on the food, make a banner for the shop.
- Make pretend gingerbread to sell! – Make a poster to show how delicious it is and why they should buy the gingerbread – year ones and words!! ‘delicious’ ‘soft’ ‘sweet’ ‘tasty’
- Write what time the shop opens/closes. Make some pretend money for people to buy food.
- Then customers can come! I wonder what you will sell and how much money you will make!?
