He taught us how to write the digraph ss using lipstick!
We practised them in our books, writing them on shields.
After that we read and sorted real and beegu words:
fuss / mass / poss / boss / miss / kiss
Then, we wrote a sentence 'mum can kiss'.
The hedgehogs worked so hard to segment the sounds in each word to write the sentence.
