Sid the cat joined us today for our phonics – he was soooooo hungry!
Sid performed a trick, then we fed him his cat food.
First we segmented the sounds, then blended them to read the words on the cat food.
Afterwards, we sorted through the cat food to find other er words.
We read them, recorded them and then used them in verbal and written sentences.
