‘Tickle until yeti’s chin and slide down his arm’
y, y, yeti!!
We practised our yeti action every time we heard a word with y in it.
We even spotted some words (funny, tummy) that had a y at the end of a word – these made the ee sound!
Then we used the whiteboards to practise forming the letter y. After that, we wrote words using our new sound!
