‘Go under the underpants, pull them up, down and flick them in the air’
The phonics fairy sent us the book ‘Aliens love underpants’ today.
We practised pretending to pull on our pants saying ‘u, u, underpants’.
Then, we all practised forming the letter ‘u’ on underpants in our books, it was very funny!
Miss Sutton challenged us again to write words with the u phoneme in them.
Afterwards, we played a beegu and real word game – sorting them out, and feeding the nonsense words to beegu.
We had so much fun we forgot to take any photos...whoops!
