‘mmm mmm munch munch’
After exploring the story ‘Munch’ by Emma McCann we practised the action
mmm mmm munch munch.
We identified different sounds on pieces of toast, then used them to make words.
We changed words by changing just one letter.
For example, we had the word sat, and changed one letter to make it into mat!
Then we practised forming the letter ‘m’ on toast using marmalade and marmite…we then ate them, mmm mmm munch munch.
Some of us fed beegu and munch with real and nonsense words on toast too!
