Supporting Children and Families

We recognise the enormous importance of developing the 'whole child', not just their academic abilities.

We employ and work with a wide range of professionals to ensure that each and every one of our children and their families have the support they need at the times when they need it.

Our Family Support Practitioner Ally Fairhead Andrews, works three days a week and supports families and children in a wide variety of areas, for example illness, new baby arrival, divorce and separation the list really is endless and is based on the needs of our children and their families.

Ally runs a  popular 12 week Sharing Parenting course which provides a safe and confidential space to explore different areas of parenting.

Our Cognitive Behavioural Therapist Laurie Seiler, works in school each Thursday and runs both group and individual sessions for children. Laurie's sessions are always fun and make exploring feelings and emotions through stories and crafts safe and relaxed. Laurie also leads whole school assemblies and works in partnership with parents.
