‘Watch the lazy ladybird crawl down the leaf and flick away’
Today we read the story of the very lazy ladybird. We practised forming the l grapheme on leaves whilst saying
‘watch the lazy ladybird crawl down the leaf and flick away’.
Then we chopped different fruits and vegetables, sounded out and blended words, whilst adding letters onto the end of them so that the words made sense aaaaaand tested each other on all of the sounds we’ve learnt so far!
We were so busy!
