a-e a-e Cave Man Dave

We learnt another split digraph today! a-e!
A cave man came to visit us...the only thing he said was a-e!
Next, we asked cave man Dave some questions but he was very confused and just kept saying a-e! He didn't even know what a chair was!
We asked him to show us how to form the split digraph a-e in shaving foam. After that, we practised reading words with the a-e digraph in them and forming the split digraph a-e in the shaving foam.
We then practised writing words with the a-e digraph as a whole class.
